Worked, price is good and installation was fairly easy. Came with everything you need, you might need an extra tool to get it done but so far it works and dont regret purchasing for my 2020 f150

Installation was a breeze, fits just right. Just have to remove a bracket off the ‘21 F-150 tailgate so it shuts correctly.

Worked great but make sure that you unscrew the ball attachments from the cylinder and put some lock tight on them. I had to undo mine to remove my tailga and didn't think about it and the lower one came off and I didn't know it know it's useless. Otherwise it works great.
