I haven't actually used the bag yet but think it's going to work for me. I have shoulder problems and can't carry anything too heavy. I am constantly drinking water so it's nice to have the insulated section for a water bottle. The two pockets should hold my credit cards, phone, etc. I wish there was one more pocket. Giving it a 3 because the picture and color description at time of purchase was white. The image made the material look matte, not glossy/plasticy. I have one in black and it is matte, so made the purchase decision based on that. The item I received was a glossy and plastic looking white; only thing I can compare it to is a white trash bag (color and texture). Also, the strap that came with the Waterfull did not match the picture. Returned for refund. However, since I do own one in another color, can give feedback on the product. Overall I like it though it’s pricey for what it is. Will hold most water bottles that do not have a handle (so no Stanley). Squeezed a 32 ounce Yeti, made one of the zip pockets unusable but I usually carry a Hydroflask or Corkcicle and can fit a phone and credit card holder, lip balm, car keys in the pockets. The strap and clips are oddly wide/heavy and add unnecessary weight so can feel weighty when you add a metal bottle full of water to it too. ... show more

Love this bag that I thought I didn’t need! Sturdy, holds a lot, and the adjustable strap is strong with a filled water bottle. Customer service is wonderful! A shorter water bottle is hard to get out so need taller bottle. Recommend.
