REQUIRES 2 AA batteries in each candle. 24 AA batteries total.
Style: with common remote
Edit: This company has awesome customer service. They reached out and offered to refund me, which I didn’t think was necessary. But they did anyway. The product works great, just know they take a bunch of batteries. :) I am going to order another set, because we do really like them. Original review: This product REQUIRES 2 AA batteries in each candle. 24 AA batteries total. The remote also requires a battery, but that one was included. The product details above said no batteries required. So just be prepared to spend a bit on lots of batteries. The box doesn't even mention batteries being required. Nothing would work when we opened the box. Finally, we unscrewed one of the candles and look there's a spot for two batteries. We had to try a bunch of batteries to see which ones we needed, because nothing says AA batteries anywhere. Otherwise, it seems to work well. Seems like they really need to fix that on their marketing.

Wand did not work* got replacement
Style: with wand remote
Edited: the seller reached out and offered a refund for a replacement, hopefully this one works! I’m really sad :( there’s no way for me to reach out to seller to request a new wand, I replaced battery and it still does not work. I used it once and the lights were stuck on so I had to untwist all of them to turn them off since the wand is now useless. I really hope I can get a replacement wand so I don’t have to purchase another set of candles :(

Super cool product but don't waste
Style: with wand remote
You're money on the set with the wand controller, it won't work. I've bought several from different companies and none of the wand remotes work. Also two of the candles from this set don't react to any controller and I have to screw/unscrew the bottom to turn on and off.

Smaller than expected
Style: with common remote
I think they will still look okay hanging, but they are not the size of a standard candle stick.

These work & look great!!!!
Style: with common remote
Ordered these as we are doing a fall/Harry Potter get together, purchased 2 packs. We put a full pack (12) in our entry and the others in the dining room. The longest part was making them different lengths, we loved that the string already comes attached. Take your time and they will turn out amazing! These will be great year after year.

Very cute but two didn’t work
Style: with wand remote
These were very easy to hand and are really cute! Love that you can turn them on and off and the wand makes it even better! The only reason why this did not get 5 stars is because 2 of the candles unfortunately do not work.
