First of all I feel so pleased to know that I am consuming organic lemons! These are always large and super juicy! I use lemons to make lemon water, plus I use them as a marinade for chicken and even on a tougher cut of beef to help to tenderize it. Oh, yes, I do use lemon juice on salads with olive oil. I have always loved to use lemon juice in different ways and these beauties from Whole Foods are the best!!

I use lemons a lot for cooking and baking so I go through them pretty fast. these organic ones are always nice and heavy which means they're full of juice and the zest smells really good too. I feel a lot better using the whole lemon including the peel when it's organic and I know what's on the skin. great quality and they stay fresh on my counter for over a week with no problem at all.
