Great product.! I top amended it into my soil and used it in composed teas at the start of flower I fertilized my 5 gallons and 3 gallon pots one more time in week 4 in case they use up the last feeding. Have bin watering with water ph’ed at 6.0 and 6.8. I noticed it raised my soil ph after top dressing, so make sure to ph water closer to 6.0, and check soil ph. I LOVE Dr. Earth products! They are all great and easy to use. All the formulas I have used have their patented TruBiotic which contains microbes that plants need to thrive. The measurements are easy too. No matter which formula you are using, it's 2 tablespoons per 1 gallon of medium or soil. I use it dry to top dress my plants. I am using 3 gallon pots so that means I need 6 TBS per pot. Doesn't get much simpler than that. On day 25 after starting these plants, I used 2 TBS of this Bud and Bloom, and 4 TBS of Dr. Earth All Purpose 4-4-4. On day 40, since they were starting to flower, I adjusted my ratio to 4 TBS of this Flower Girl and 2 TBS of Dr. Earth Tomato Vegetable and Herb formula 4-6-3. They have a formula for whatever you're growing, from fruit trees, to palms to roses. And almost all of them have the TruBiotic in them containing the beneficial microbes and mycorrhizae. I have not found any other fertilizer that contains the mycorrhizae and if you have to buy it separately, it's very expensive, and it's another thing to have to measure and mix. It's much easier to scoop out a tablespoon of Dr. Earth. I won't use anything else. ... show more

For some reason, my flowers haven't been blooming like they should this year. I have a Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow plant next to my Cannas and Lillies that has only bloomed once per year in early spring since I bought my house and just assumed that was normal. I bought this for my Cannas and Lillies though. Applied it per instructions to the entire flower bed in June. Within a week, EVERYTHING was blooming big, beautiful brighter than normal color! The Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow started blooming again too, and has continued to bloom all summer! I've already made several more purchases and will continue to use this vs the more toxic options that just damage the soil and leave it depleted. Strong stuff for auto flowers, however, the growth was amazing. I used 1/3 of the recommend amount at most with all organic soil in 5 gallon air pots. I watered with distilled water using kelp, and molasses every other week. I used 2 platinum led p150 and a ceramic MH in a 4x4 tent. Try that, and you will not be disappointed! ... show more

The first time I bought this product the NPK was 4-10-7 like the label says in the picture. This time I ordered it I received NPK 3-9-4. But the name is the same "FLOWER GIRL" bud and bloom booster. Hopefully it will work just as good. Dr. Earth products are awesome

Use this to make compost tea...or as they call it: fertilizer tea. Whatever. Great results, no worries about overdoing it or leaving chemicals in your food. Can't get it at home depot anymore, but it feels weird to get it online. Oh well, there is no substitute!
