Replaced stock stealth wheels with a set of light blues when boosted initially refused to warranty a bearing service kit for my 50 mile board (they have since decided to send me one...faith restored). I've put about 45 miles on the new wheels so far. I also got the loaded jehu v2 bearings with the wheels because I needed to alleviate the bearing noise. Love the new wheels. Seem to handle somewhat better than the stock (more grippy in turns and carving). Bearings seem more fluid as well. Worth noting however, I could only use the bearing kit for the fronts. The stealth has one oversized bearing against the motor and no spacer on the outer. The built in spacer prevents the wheel from seating properly and you'll need the existing oversized bearing from your original rear wheel or a new one from boosted (or wherever else you can pick these up). Since boosted sent me a bearing service kit, I had a new one and I'll just save the other 4 bearings to service the front next time it needs it. shiny color gone after 1 mile. These wheels are pretty soft. Picked up some glass today in one of the wheels. It's pretty deep. Not clicking so tempted to leave it in unless someone can convince me otherwise. Orangatang dudes???

The media could not be loaded. These wheels exceeded my expectations. There was nothing wrong with the 70MM wheels on my board but wanted to upgrade due to uneven and rough pavement. I’ve been practicing in my alley with bumps, cracks, and rocks. While the original 70MM wheels on my pads are good, they didn’t work all that great for the terrain. The 85MM orangatang wheels are a game changer. The smoothness of the wheel and bearing combo just enhances the quality of my budget board. I don’t feel like I’m about to get thrown off the board when I hit cracks and for the most part the wheels throw the small rocks out of the way. I like the wheels and bearing so much I ordered another set of bearings to keep on hand. Would highly recommend.

I purchased these wheels, along with the Jehu V2 bearings, to boost the wheel diameter of my longboard (from the 70 mm wheels that were on it) for a bit more speed and ride quality (this was a large as my board would go without risking wheel bite). I was impressed right away with the smoothness and the handling of these wheels; they really ride nicely. And they're fast! Well worth it.

This is a great large soft wheel, but the use is very specific. The purpose is for higher than average speeds on rougher or less than ideal terrain. That all sounds great! But there is a downside. These wheels are HEAVY !! Really heavy like too heavy to do a manual on. So if your looking to get from 50 mph to 62 on downhill, this might be your wheel. For everyday skating and light tricks, this is NOT a good choice.

Love these wheels and they are perfect for cruising the boardwalk or Street. Smoothest wheels I've ever used reminiscent of the old red Kryptonics! These would be great for downhill also..

They’re big. They’re beautiful. They help keep you safe. They’re as grippy as can be at 80a durometer. They really do roll over almost any reasonable surface, even with debris and small stones. They’re not cheap. Nothing really good is.

Awesome upgrade for my Boosted Mini S. I use the board for the last miles of my daily commute, and managed to shred my original belts in about 100 miles, due to rocks, sticks, and other debris on the road nicking the belts and eventually leading to tears. Decided the upgrade in size would help a bit, but I never expected that the wheels would feel so much better on the smooth roads - just like butter when carving. It may be in my mind, but I do feel like I can tell the top speed is slightly faster and the torque just noticeably less when accelerating from a stop. I saw some complaints about the wheels chunking over time, but with about 15 miles on line, there are no problems. Guess I will see over time and update if there are issues. Overall a great upgrade!
