These are solid! They have my teeth feeling the cleanest they ever have! I bought some off brand ones and was totally unsatisfied. My only complaint is the little plastic ring that goes on the bottom, I wish it was made into the brush. They tend to fall and get lost But overall, I’d buy these again! And again!

Though still having a number of generic brush heads I decided to purchase these "official" Oral-B ones. They are more oval in shape and each bristle in the outermost row is in a "trench", allowing an unusual degree of movement. The purpose of this is unclear, perhaps to reduce gum irritation? Whatever the reason, brushing is more comfortable, not the usual scouring sensation as with the older brush heads, while doing an excellent job of tooth cleaning. I like them and will order more when these finally wear out.
