Description

ORACAL 651 is the industry standard in high performance calandered vinyl. This item includes 6 rolls of our most popular colors of ORACAL-brand vinyl, ideal for any decorative craft project. This intermediate-term vinyl features solvent-based adhesive and is ideally suited for permanent outdoor or indoor applications. ORACAL is heavier than average wrapping vinyls, making this material easier to work with and handle while conveying greater scratch and abrasion resistance. This film is able to last for 1-5 years. Perfect for floor graphics, wall murals, and outdoor displays. This item also includes a 3M Toolkit which features a yellow detailer squeegee and a replaceable black felt safety edge decals.

First off: yes, they send it in one giant roll. Is it a bad thing? No. If you want to store them in rolls, roll them up individually and you're done. Personally, I hate storing my vinyl in rolls. Nothing puts me in a bad mood faster than fighting with curled up vinyl. So I flattened my vinyl out by stacking heavy books on them overnight. In the morning, I had perfectly flat vinyl that I then chopped up in 8" by 12" pieces. While I was cutting, I realized that it's not a true "5ft roll," all my rolls were about 2-4" longer than that; it's not much, but it's a little something extra. I love the vinyl; before this, I was using permanent vinyl--but that pales in comparison to this. You really have to weed your decals before placing them on the cup/surface because once it's on there, it's really really hard to get it back off again. I wasn't sure what the two felt pieces were for, so I got creative and stuck one felt sticker to my work desk and I use it to clean of my picks and tweezers while weeding out small slips of vinyl from my decal. I still have no idea what its true purpose is, but it works GREAT for keeping my picks clean. And once I'm done weeding a decal, I just sweep all the vinyl into the trash (it doesn't stick to the felt at all). I will definitely be ordering this set again once I work my way through the set I have now. Highly recommended! I purchased this starter bundle to get me going in vinyl cutting. My main projects for it are cutting patterns for stained glass. The Oracal 651 does a perfect job. I didn't receive the 3M installation in the description, but after notifying the seller, they shipped it out immediately. I've made several car decals, the biggest ones being 11"X11" and this vinyl is great! I've not had any complaints! They've stuck to car windows in rain, sleet and snow! I'm impressed. Not happy that it didn't come with all the tools that's listed in the description, but happy with the vinyl itself.

I was kind of skeptical about buying this after seeing the reviews. I am new to the Cricut world so I don't have much experience. This was perfect for a someone beginning and wanting different colors. That being said.... I've used Oracle before and love it better than the Cricut brand. I have not used this set just but it's the same brand and 651 as I've been using. I find it easy to use and transfer. I was a little worried about the packing as I've seen some of the photos posted but mine came in perfect condition. I sat here and separated everything and I did not find any fault on any of my vinyls. I love that it came with transfer tape, I was running out. It also came with extra tools, I haven't used them as I love what I currently have. I would say that I am very pleased with this purchase and would purchase again when I run out. ... show more

I bought this pack after buying another varitey pack and I'm so much happier with this one. It has a great assortment of colors, and comes with some nice tools. This vinyl is easy to weed, and I don't loose small intricate pieces while weeding. It sticks to the back piece well. Once it's stuck to the material of choice the color is great. It looks nice and thick and the color stays true. It does not fade or loose it's vibrancy. I'll be buying this brand from now on. ... show more
