Oracle 651 is a very thick vinyl. It cuts great on Cricut and weeds easy. Oracle 651 makes great vinyl for car decals because it is thick and will last along time in the sun. I purchased this to make my sons, school Valentine’s Day card box holder. (The box was originally white and I used the red adhesive over it.) I was a little hesitant at first to use it because this was the first time I’ve ever used anything like this before. I was worried that after I applied the adhesive paper I would end up with a lot of air bubbles underneath that I would not be able to get out. However this was not the case. Even though the backing is adhesive, after you apply it to whatever your working on, you are very easily able to smooth out any air bubbles you have with just your fingers. I assumed this wouldn’t be the case considering the back is adhesive like I said. Whatever the adhesive is made of is just the right amount of sticky ness to where the paper sticks securely to your project but yet has enough of give to it that your able to smooth out any bubbles you may have. Once it’s on it is a little tough to pull off though. It might rip any paper projects if it’s pulled off. It was also extremely easy to cut with a razor blade. The roll of vinyl that I received had creases throughout the roll. I had to cut the around the creases to use it. I would have returned this item but I needed to make do with it so that I could finish my project

I used this on a motorcycle exhaust to "repair" a damaged emblem. I used an exacto knife to cut and it cut well accurately re-creating my emblem. It has adheared to my muffler well with no damage whatsoever from the heat generated by the exhaust or from sun or the occasional rain storm. My motorcycle is normally parked inside for the evening but ridden frequently. See attached pictures for reference. I would definitely buy again. ... show more

I have not put this up outside yet, so I cannot speak to how it adheres. Pro: It worked as it was supposed to, my Silhouette cut it easily, and the excess vinyl was very easy to peel off. Con: I cannot for the life of me imagine why they would use sticky tape that leaves gooey adhesive on the vinyl when you remove it. The edge was completely crinkled and torn, which was fine, but then 4 inches in, I had a nice big streak of unremovable goo. Just wrap it in plastic or put a paper banknote band around it. ... show more
