It is what it says it is. The material is great quality, thick and just stretchy enough to put on, but not too much so it keeps the girls in place. Comes with removable pads, always a plus. The colors are cute and it fits exactly right!! For reference, I am a M/L on top and I bought these in M. Sometimes I wear it as a bra and over the day is starts feeling really tight in my ribs and giving me slight shoulder pain. I didn’t count that as an ill fit though, because I don’t think you’re meant to wear sports bras long term.. I just do because I’m stubborn.

I am pregnant and my cup size has doubled, regular bras are not comfortable right now. These bras have a secure, snug fit around my bust and rib cage. I ditched the cup pads immediately, but the ribbed texture seems to be keeping my nipples in check! The shoulder straps are set wide apart and slip off of my shoulders, that’s my only complaint.

I have been going to the gym more frequently and have found that I need some kind of bra for workouts (I am rather small-chested and don't usually wear one). I didn't want to spend a bunch of money and hoped for something straightforward. These fit the bill. I took the padding out as I don't like that weirdly smooth look it gives and am very happy with these basic sports bras. I think someone with a bigger chest might need more support, but if you don't have much going on in that area, give these a go.

Im a 32D and the medium fits great. I wear it without the cups though, cant comment on the fit with the cups. I don't have a problem with the straps falling down that other reviews mentioned. If I lay in bed kind of sitting up the fall off but all my bras and tank tops do that. Standing and sitting in a chair normally the straps are fine.
