Received this product but was incomplete, no tweezers were not included.as stated in the photograph and details of items included. Clear package holding all items was broken inside the delivery box. Other than this issue, all other items in this product was received.

What a great set for the devoted jewelry maker or just to have for repairs. I am constantly needing jump rings. This set has cutters, fine tweezers and a ring opener.

These jump rings and pliers are probably just fine; I did fix one necklace with them. My issue with this item is the flimsy container they're packaged in. You cannot snap the lid closed. Jump rings jump all over the floor! Open the package over a cookie sheet or a cake pan so you can salvage some to transfer to a zip lock bag. Great marketing, poor follow through.
