I have been using this on my 69 year old teeth for less than two weeks and it has already very noticeably lessened the brown stains and my teeth are beginning to slowly, but noticeably whiten. The mint taste is lovely and fresh, and this does not irritate my gums or mouth in the slightest! In fact my gums feel less sore now after using this twice daily. It foams and it's a creamy foam that you can swish to help coat the teeth, it is drippy though, but soothing! this is such a good product. I've tried others and it just didn't work this one. Does you'll notice a difference right when you use it so about the third or fourth time you'll even see a better difference I've been using it daily. I definitely will be buying this again.
