Good product just didn’t work for me. It was gonna be a bit pricey for the machine and lancets and test strips. Didn’t work for me personally but I feel it’s still a good product.

    • Nice Quality Meter - The Carry Case Is Useless - The Lancing Device Is Fantastic!
This one-touch meter works very well for me. I was already using One Touch Ultra Plus strips, so I didn't have to worry about going and buying some, but it would be convenient if they included a small pack of strips for people to get started if they are newly diagnosed and just ordered the meter. The kit includes the meter, the delica plus lancing device and 10 lancets. These meters used to come with a decent little padded zipper case, but the companies are trying to cut costs and now they sent it with a little drawstring bag. Kinda lame, earning a 1 point deduction from a 5 star rating. The meter is accurate when tested side by side with my existing meter, which is a good start. It also tested within the appropriate range using my control solution. The lancing device is the nicest part of this. I travel a bunch and prefer to just carry those disposable single use lancets in my toiletry bag so I've gotten used to a pretty aggressive lancing device. This delica lancing device and lancets are actually extremely comfortable to use while still getting an adequate sample of blood to perform the test! All in all, this is a decent meter for the money. I wish they wouldn't have cheaped out on the carrying case and are just giving out a very impractical drawstring bag now. ... show more

Not back-lit. Disappointed. Already had three failures with the strips.. One testing...212 the next immediately 167 I realize all too well these strips and testing are merely an indicator, but come on.
