My first Onetouch Ultra Smart lasted 24 years so my expectation was pretty high to the OneTouch Ultra 2 upgrade. I was not disappointed. Lightweight and fits in the palm of your hand. Also came with a new finger stick device and sample lancets. Could barely feel the puncture. That's Huge for me. I tried the Onetouch Ultra Plus Flex but my insurance didn't cover those test strips. Even though it was an all in one design, everytime I opened the test strips the unused strips fall out if you forget to close it right away. Very annoying. When I found the upgrade to the Ultra Smart I was elated. All in all I was very satisfied. Here's hoping for another 24 years with the OneTouch Ultra 2. ... show more

Falsely advertised. Does not come with the carrying case. Also, we've reached HP printer levels of price gouging on supplies with the price of the compatible lancets. They're nearly triple the cost per unit to other brands.
