I ordered brand-new On Cloud shoes and, naturally, received a lovely pair of filthy, used Nike sneakers instead. Truly an upgrade, right? I returned the disgusting things, but Amazon still charged me because “we have not received the original item.” Of course you haven’t—I never got the original item in the first place.
