These shoes brought me back to running. I had hip surgery and a prolonged recovery and really thought I would never run. A great physical therapist did the bulk of it, but I really think these shoes have played a significant role in my being able to run. They hit my arch just right, which has always been a problem. They are light, but not minimalist; I don't feel the pounding of the road. They are super comfortable for long runs. They are very much a shoe you have to try for yourself, though. Other friends have not loved them and mention the calf and knee problems. They run a half size small by my foot and do wear out fast if you are a heavy-footed runner like me. The company will replace them if the pillows break within a certain mile limit. In case they ever stop making them, I have started stockpiling them. Having run long distances for many years and acquiring back and knee issues in the process, these shoes are hands down the most comfortable, offering the perfect support, fit, and fashion. I buy them in every color because after having them, other shoes simply can't compare. They make running an actual pleasure again and take away the pain in the process. This is my second pair of On Running shoes and couldn't be more happy. This are by far the best running shoes I've ever tried. They fit as expected and are very light and comfortable. I have a high arch problem and with this shoes I'm able to run naturally, with no pain and won't feel the pounding on the road. It really feels like walking on the clouds :) ... show more

    • Great Shoes- Not for Orangetheory
I love these shoes, they are wonderful. I have overpronation and high arches. I can wear these shoes without even having inserts and they feel great! They are true to size as well. I got the teal color and it's a great look, very stylish as well as comfortable. One thing, they are not for Orangetheory/rowing. From what I understand OTHER On shoes are perfect for rowing, burpees, et al. These are not those. Something about the heel on this version does not click into the rower. Also, the toe has zero traction/stick, so with a HITT workout, if you need to do burpees, your toes will slip when hitting the ground (same with planks/pushups). I know it's a very small subset that does this workout, but I wish someone had posted a review like this for me to see.     • Great shoes
I use 7 or 7.5 shoes. I ordered 7.5 and they fit perfectly. I do although have high arches on my feet, so I’m ordering insoles to comfort my high arches. Other than that, these shoes fit and feel great to be running shoes, or just sneakers in general.

I bought the sneakers for a Disney trip. I usually have to bring a few sneakers for the week and change them out. However, on our six day Disney trip this is the only pair of shoes I wore. My feet were extremely comfortable the whole time.

Size: 12 Color: Fossil Midnight
The shoes are of 5-star quality. Unfortunately, they are listed as women's shoes when, in fact, they are men's shoes. I had to return and repurchase them in the correct size, which cost an additional $50.00.
