Definitely lighter in coloration. I saw a review that also said that but was ok with that. I had wanted the copper color as I was looking for a supportive shoe that was water proof and most importantly SAND proof for doing chores in my barn, I had wanted the copper color because I didn’t like it and when it gets stained from the barn it wouldn’t matter. Obviously this isn’t the shoe for deep mud or wading through giant puddles. But cleaning horse stalls, feeding, unloading hay, standing in the sand teaching riding lessons, dumping water troughs or even chasing goats this is a good shoe for that. The color is lighter and I added a picture, which honestly it’s a worse color than the copper. I think the copper color and I could have been friends. This peach coral color though not so much. But it’s fine it’s a great option for a horse girl. So the fit is ok. I’m a 6.5/ 37.5 and I ordered a 6.5. It’s a little tight with the no lace laces on but I’m leaving those on the shoe, I have narrow feet so it’ll be fine. This being a Swiss/European made shoe I should have ordered the same size I wear in Birkenstocks and will in the future. I wear a 5/36 in birks. But again this is barn shoe for me so it is what it is with this first pair. ... show more

These run true to size. I have a slightly wide foot, but dont wear wide size. At first trying these on it was, "whoa, these are snug, and feel too narrow for my feet," but they conformed to my foot after a few minutes walking. I'm on my feet all day and wear compression socks, these add a tad bit more compression thats comfortable to me. If you have true wide feet, not sure if these would work for you. I cant just slip them on, they take a bit of effort, but they truly save my feet with the arch support. I buy waterproof sneakers to walk my Greyhound daily thru the wilderness, as I call it. These are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever had, and it's because they're waterproof. They are made super sturdy and supportive. Love them.

I love the color of the shoes but they are very tight on top of my feet. I have narrow feet so I don’t understand why they are so tight. I only wear a size 6. Most shoes are loose on my feet. For the price, I am disappointed that they are not comfortable. I got them to wear on out Alaska cruise for excursions. The water resistance served its purpose. ON CLOUDS RUN SMALLER. Comes as described however, this pair feels tighter than my last. I had woman 6 in a low ankle boot before and thought this would fit the same, however the top of my foot tingles if I wear them too long. I’m hoping they’ll stretch out with use. These shoes are usually comfortable and I wouldn’t say this shoe isn’t but the top just feels really tight and I can’t loosen it (no laces) but I probably would’ve sized up 1/2 if I buy again. Keep in mind I wear youth size 3 most of the time! On cloud brand shoes run very small and it’s not just this shoe, all of them in my experience. ... show more

I'm delighted with this pair of Ons. My husband has had many pairs of Ons (and as a physician, he has recommended them to some of his patients who also really loved this brand of shoes). I finally got myself a pair last year, but they were breathable, and walking in dewy grass would get my feet soaked. For hiking this Fall (2025), I invested in these waterproof shoes. They are super comfortable and give the same great support in the sole. They do feel more rigid than the breathable Cloud 6, but I like the extra support on the sides for walks and hikes.
