I bought this shoe because of so many positive reviews both on line and from people I know. The color was good and the slip on factor was also good and so easy to just slip right into them and kick them off at the end of the day. The size was good too. Many people claimed it doesn’t need to be broken in so I thought great, I could buy them and wear them to Europe for a 10 day tour. However, what I experienced was that they rubbed against the back of my ankle and I had a blister. Maybe they would be good if I was just walking 10k steps. Admittedly, we were doing an average of 20k steps and up cliff-sides. Maybe that’s too much for them. The Sketchers I bought handled the daily grind of this trip much better at a much lower price point. I ended up leaving the Cloud 9 in my bag and wearing them the rest of the trip. Now they sit in my cubby collecting dust because I’m too worried about getting blisters. I guess they’re not for everyone. They are light, they are great slip ons, and they are comfortable when you first put them on. That’s why they still get 3 stars ... show more
