I was really hoping for an exceptionally cushioned boot. But these are no different than any other regular hiking boot. There is nothing special about them. They should just be called Ridge boots, The 'cloud' part comfort is not detectable. I started a return.

I prefer a wide toe box. For me, the toe box is sufficient with a thin sock, but not ample. The impact cushioning is good but not great. The boot is reasonably cool. Overall, I'm satisfied but not thrilled with this boot.

I bought this shoes and it didn’t fit me now they don’t want to refund my money.They send me this pic saying the shoes got worn/used,I received them 11/10am returned 11/11 because it didn’t fit.Today 11/20 I haven’t get an communication from shoes outlet. They haven’t refund me for the shoes and they have the shoes.Now I have to paid $215 dollars to my credit card.I’ll keep fighting for my money because I feel cheated.

You know the thing people don't think about, clouds are cold. These shoes are certainly like walking on a cloud, because they're cold. Now, my Ebenezer Scrooge like boss keeps my office at about 50 degrees, and by the end of the day my feet don't hurt, but that's because they're mainly numb. But, they don't bother my bunions and the office staff is amazed that I seem to hover around the office on an invisible cloud of pure podiatry joy. Make your feet happy, buy these, and thick socks.
