I’m pretty darn happy with this meat thermometer. I know I have more confidence in my ability to make a moist and tender piece of meat in my electric smoker. It doesn’t make me boss of all meat smoker bosses but the thermometer gives me confidence to continue to try and turn out some tasty meals. This works seamlessly with a smart phone app and has FOUR ZONES -- all of which can be customized -- with alarms. This is so much more advanced than the previous item I relied on. Excellent

I have used this probe thermometer several times only to be disappointed each time. Three of the probes seem to work okay, still off by comparison to my calibrated instant read thermometer, the forth is off by 20+ degrees. I checked this while the roasts where out of the frig on the counter then again while cooking. The program is easy to use and set up, but I just do not trust this unit. The last time I tired to use this was on a $105 Ribeye roast. This will be going into the E-waste recycling since it is past the return date.

Very excited when it arrived. I used it per instructions. About 2 hours after use, one of the temperature probes began to read wrong temperature. Way to high for my smoking pork, compared to the other provided probes. I placed "bad" probe in iced water and still read water to be close to 260°F. I sent the vendor a message asking for assistance. We'll see what happens.

I chose this unit due to the reasonable price. It came with a host of accessories and was very easy to use. Mine first one had Bluetooth that didn’t work but it was replaced with no issues.

Really good stuff to have it if you grill or barbecue a lot . You always get most tender meats out of your grill or barbecue by getting right temperature. It worth it at this price.

There are a lot of great things I like about this thermometer. All of which are listed in product description so I'm not going to get into that. If you like the features described then you'll like the thermometer. It will charge and operate at the same time FYI. Also, unless I just haven't figured out how to do it, you can't set the temperatures you want for the probes in the app on your phone. Oh but you can? yeah not really, what you can set is preprogrammed settings by category. Like chicken for example, you hit the chicken button, you don't get to set chicken to 150 just because you want to physically check it and see how it's doing. You can only select "chicken" which automatically sets your alarm at 165. There should be a way to set a temperature of your choice because not everything you take a temperature of falls in the categories preprogrammed. Where I really have a problem, and I'm hoping that ommo will see this and contact me because there doesn't seem to be a way to contact the company that I've found. Which is complete BS by the way! Anyway, my problem is that of the 3 out of 4 probes I've tried so far only one of them actually works. The first one worked once and then the second time would jump around as much as 50 degrees every couple of seconds even though the probe was deep inside of a prime rib and the should have been holding a very constant temperature. The second probe I tried did the same thing except right off the bat, I didn't even get one good use out of it before it decided to fail. I'd like some replacement probes, however, I don't have a lot of faith that the replacements will fair much better. Hopefully I can make that happen. Still working at it. It is actually a pretty cool thermometer otherwise, it's a shame that such an important part was overlooked in terms of quality, I hope this helps someone. As an update, I've, now tried all 4 probes, The one that worked once no longer works and the 4th one I tried also does not work. Last night it was telling me my beef wellington was 119 f while my trustworthy instant reed, that was just calibrated in ice water, only read 74. I'm not a scientist but I'd call that faulty! The other probes jump around from 70 degrees to 190 every couple of seconds. As it stands now, I've gotten one solid read one time out of four probes and at this point the entire thing is completely worthless! Absolute waste of money! And my message to the seller has not yielded any kind of response. It is just sad that commerce as evolved to this.

This temperature probe is great for the price, the signal is good, and it has 4 probes, but it is missing the option to have a temperature range. I bought this to monitor my smoker temperature and assumed that because it has the brackets to connect the probe to the cooking grate, that it will have this ability. Unfortunately, I was incorrect. This could be easily residues with a software update. I hope they do this soon so I can use it for what I bought it for.
