  • Great product and value
Easy to install great value and great product.

  • Fixed the leak. Dealer quoted $980.
So far it's been one rainy week and I don't see any leaks. Time will tell, but so far I'm happy. My old seals were so worn down that it was hard to tell what piece is supposed to go where. And the set doesn't come with instructions. So you may want to look this up on Youtube first.

  • Needs to be thicker.
Original problem: I have a leak in my freedom t tops on my 2013 Jk. I have a leak directly over my radio that actually caused my radio to short out. I purchased this product to help solve the leak. How I used the product: I scraped off my old foam pads and used alcohol wipes to ensure there was no residue (and a clean surface for the new pads to adhere to). I wiped surface clean and allowed to dry. Before removing the pads I placed the new pads in the same area and took pictures of the original pads to ensure I was putting the new pads in the correct spots. I also watched YouTube videos to ensure I was doing it correctly. My problem was my pads were too worn and were deteriorating. Pros of product: the pads stick very well, and they were easy to apply. They helped slow the leak to a trickle. Self explanatory application. Cons of product: the pads are not thick enough. Due to it not being thick enough, it did not solve my leak. I feel that the pieces need to be longer. The rounded “rods” were not clear on where to use them, and they were not shown in any of the YouTube videos. I gave this product a four out of five starts because I can not fault them for my lack of knowing where some of the foam rods go. Like many other comments, I wish it had instructions on where they should be placed - or a link to their own video of installation. I also wish the product was thicker. If it was thicker, it would have solved my problem. ... show more

  • Impressive
Was skeptical at first, wasn’t sure I put the pieces where they go. I had to find a video on You Tube. Was still skeptical until I went through the car wash. Last time I went I got soaked. This time not a drop of water got in!

  • Replacement parts for roof on a jeep wrangler 2014
I wish it came with directions. Some pieces I couldn't find out where they go

  • Finally fixed my leak! Changed my (Jeep) life!
Bought in 8/2020 to repair my hard top that leaked. My roof leaked so bad I was always on the lookout for rain - like a girl who just got her hair done. I honestly turned down events or left early because of rain. My right freedom panel would take on water inside of it. So when I would drive it would slosh around and drip out through random places. I would have to take my roof off to manually drain it every time. 🤬 I read a couple of different Jeep forums and people suggested weatherstripping. I think that only made it worse. As you can see in some of the photos you’ll see the OEM seals worn down and in other spots where I had added weatherstripping which were moldy. 🤢 Enter these bad boys. I decided to take my time to install these. I read reviews on the instructions and watched a video that was suggested in other reviews and began my 5 hour journey. A lot of that time was completely removing the existing seals, glue, and mildew buildup from the leaks. Once I had a clean canvas to work with, I applied these babies and put my roof back on and went chasing the rain like a kid with new rain boots!! It wasn’t immediately 💯 but it was dramatically better. Within a few months I was no longer afraid of the rain. And shortly after that, I moved to a location that didn’t have covered parking and I wasn’t worried anymore. 😎 So yeah, I would call these life changers. ... show more

  • Perfect
So the install can be tedious, take your time. I had a major leak on the passenger side, these fixed the issue.

  • These are bad seals. Buyer be ware.
I bought this to product to replace the old worn out seals that were leaking through the roof panels of my Jeep. The installation was easy even though no instructions were included. A few days after I put the seals on would't you know it, the rain came. That morning I got in my jeep to go to work only to find that the leak was even worse with the new seals then with the old seals. My dashboard was soaked, the radio LCD is fogged over and think the rain water from the leak has gotten into the electrics causing my radio to play music intermittently. I would also like to mention that the carpeting is now soaked and my Jeep smells like wet dog. In conclusion would not recommend this product to anyone looking to replace the roof panel seals, they don't work. You will end up spending more money to replace the new seals with "newer" and spend money on whatever damage to the interior that may have been caused by these cheep useless seals. ... show more
