This may be the best mod I've done to my 2007 Jeep Wrangler JKU! I had my "stereo installer guy" install these about a year ago, so I can't speak to the installation. But they work flawlessly. And much better looking, and easier for people (especially little ones) to use.

2016 Jeep JKU Rubicon with power locks/windows I've had these handles installed on my 2016 Rubicon for a few months and I am very glad I purchased them. They are very well made and so far I have had zero problems caused by build quality. But with everything there are pros and cons. PROS Quality: These handles are well built and seem very sturdy. Zero complaints on the actual product. Install: Actual install took about 45 minutes, if you subtract the extra 30 minute hiccup I encountered (See CONS). Durability: So far these handles have performed flawlessly. Zero issues with the functionality. Ease of Use: One of the surprising things I encountered after install is how much easier my doors open. Granted, Jeep doors are not hard to open. These make it easier. For lack of a better description, the door sort of springs open instead of having to pull it open. CONS Installation Instructions: Do yourself a huge favor and throw them away as soon as you open the box! There are several YouTube videos that will walk you through the whole process. Tailgate Handle: My only issue with this product, and it's by no means the company's fault, is the tail gate latch. I have a 37" spare on a reinforced tailgate mount and the spacing between the tire and handle is quite thin. If I open the gate with my right hand I scrape the tire. Using my left hand has less issues, but I'm right handed. If you have a bumper mounted spare this shouldn't be a problem. Jeep Door Interiors: Again, not a product design problem. When removing the old and installing the new there is a hole in the door with very little clearance that accesses a nut holding the handle in place. If you drop this nut, it falls into the bottom of the door requiring you to completely disassemble the inner door to retrieve it. PRO TIP: Use a socket and extension with a strong magnet to hold the nut in the socket. I only dropped one and that added quite a bit of time to my install. OVERALL: If there is ever an issue with one of the handles, I will be purchasing a replacement. I love these handles and would highly recommend that anyone holding back to make the leap and purchase them!

Like many Jeep lovers, I am a sucker for accessories. Some look cool, but have a trade off in function or cause more noise. Some seem functional, but get in the way. So, I was a bit skeptical in replacing my actual door handles which need to be dependable. I was also tired of trying to push a button to open the door with my hands full and that seems to happen all the time. After watching an online review I decided to give these a try. And I think it may be the best accessory I have installed. Installation wasn't difficult, but does require some trial and error drilling. You must use the factory spring which is a simple transfer to the new handle. One note on this. When you install the spring, be sure the new button is aligned properly. If it does not slide easily, turn it 1/4 turn and try again until it is smooth. It should not be in any bind at all. That may be why some people have 1 or more doors that are more difficult to open. All 5 of mine open easily with no extra effort. I am impressed with the quality and overall feel of these handles. They open easily and seem well built. Time will tell if they last like OEM. I highly recommend these if you frequently have your hands full when you open your door. Not to mention they look great too!

These Jeep door handles work great! They replaced the stock 2015 handles with the thumb buttons. My wife has arthritis, and after a car accident last year, could no longer open the doors. These were pretty easy to install after watching some YouTube videos, and reading comments. I did buy step drill bit, and drilled an access hole for one of the handle bolts. A deep socket is needed, and either a 5/16 or 8mm socket will work. We love the door handles since they are the pull type like the newer Jeeps. I just did the front doors, and may do the other doors later. The rear doors are a little harder to do, and the tailgate is the easiest.

These went on very easily. Be prepared to fish out any nuts you drop in the door jamb. Word of caution, if you don't have your original handles and moved to an after market set (like me) you NEED the back bracket and spring to install these. This is not optional. Don't take your door all a part and get to where you swap the old handle for the new one without installing that back bracket and spring. Please you're going to waste so much time without those two things. There's another listing on Amazon of some cheap handles, not OEM. But they include those two pieces if you don't have them. Otherwise good handles. Haven't faded or rusted so far. Very easy to use. And shut good every time.
