True to size. I’m usually a size 7-7.5 in US sizing, but sized up to size 8 after watching the video, but I think I would probably be ok if I went with my original size. I wear them with socks so it wasn’t too much of a problem, and I was worried that my feet would swell after a long plane ride, so size 8 worked well with my feet. No breaking in needed. Absolutely didn’t need time to break in, though I did need one day of wearing to get used to the arches as I’ve never bought shoes with arch support. The back of the shoe is extremely soft and made it very easy to slip on and off for going through customs, on the plane, and at mosques, however whenever people stepped onto my shoe, my whole foot slipped out of the shoe which made it slightly annoying. Very comfortable. I bought these shoes for my Dubai and Brunei trip, which would involve a lot of walking. I was slightly worried as the soles didn’t feel as soft as I anticipated, but was super surprised that my feet didn’t ache at all during my 8-day trip, and now I don’t feel right when I’m wearing shoes without arch support although I don’t have flat feet or high arches. Looks good with anything. I have a lot of white shoes at home already, so I decided to go with Tapa, which looked good with all the outfits I wore on my trip, including dresses. Even my mum noticed my new pair of shoes and said they were very functional and didn’t look anything like the traditional walking shoes with arch support which are usually very bulky and not stylish. Extremely breathable, and although a lot of sand got in my shoes when I was at the Arabian Desert, it was very easy to shake the sand out of my shoes. Quick shipping. I live in Hong Kong, and I ordered my Olukais on 14th March and received them on 23rd March, just in time for my trip.

i returned the shoes. they fit great barefoot but not with no show socks. i don't want to pay $100 for shoes that i can't wear with socks when i want. The back of one shoe kept crinkling up and sliding down. i know its supposed to lay flat when you want to just slide into the shoe but it slides down constantly. i wear a 6 in just about every shoe but these were really tight in the width and probably needed to be upsized a half size. Probably they would have been fine if i had exchanged them for a bigger size but thats too much trouble to keep exchanging something. Wish there were a place locally i could have tried them on.

These didn’t fit my daughter. They run really small. I love Olukai shoes. I have several myself. Really over built and would last for a very long time. I needed to send them back. And no bigger size was available at the time.

These sneakers are so comfortable I had to get them in black after buying them in white, originally. They are such a great slip on and go shoe, as well as a casual daytime shoe. I enjoy walking in them and have jogged in them without having any issues.

I really like these sneakers. The color was more of a cream than a bright white. They get dirty pretty quick but I just throw them in the washing machine & the come out great. They have a great insert that makes these very comfortable to be in for awhile. Also, the fabric on top and sides seems breathable.
