These floating shelves arrive nicely packed together to prevent damage in shipping. They utilize floating shelf roads with predrilled holes and routed insets so they are truly flush as long as your wall is. It includes drywall anchors and carews for mounting the rods. It also comes with mounting templates so it is quite easy to install level the first time. I was happy to see that these were not veneered particleboard but actual solid wood, what looks to be pine. The only issue that the paint finish is not consistent and you can easily see wood grain through the white paint. These will need another coat of paint to not show through. I love these shelves! They are the perfect size for what I needed. The material is nice and it arrived in perfect condition. We used a drill to attach the brackets onto the wall. The way these shelves work is you install all the hardware onto the wall first, with 2 brackets that stick out, and then you just slide the shelves onto it. Pretty simple. These also come with placement strips so you can plan where your shelves are gonna go before actually drilling anything.
