Printer symptoms were mixed color smudges down the page... this fixed it! I had a couple of installation issues; the main cleaning blade wasn't stuck on very carefully (had some ridges in it). I unstuck it, pulled it tight & stuck it back down again - scary, but seemed to work. Also, the plastic piece that gets unscrewed for installation includes a tiny coiled spring, that had come loose. I ended up using the plastic part from the old assembly where the spring stayed in place. ... show more
