    • Fixed my printer for $300 and installed new belt in 10 min by myself!
We own a HP Laser Jet 500 color MFP M570 and live in the Cayman Islands. We've owned the printer for 4 years and recently started printing lines on page. Tech said it would cost $1,000 to fix, but better to buy new. I did research and found this part. Came packed extremely well with gloves and instructions.     • Transfer Belt Moldy!
The transfer belt arrived in wet moldy paper. The belt was covered in mold or some type of growth.

    • Product failed out of the box.
When I took the transfer kit out of the box and installed, toner stuck to the plastic transfer belt and smeared all of the outputs. I need to return this item as defective.
