It took just under three hours to install (I am handy and am familiar with building projects). The instructions are okay - pictures only. My 8yo daughter helped me put together - definitely a two person job. The boxes arrived together on the same day. The unit when fully put together is heavy and very sturdy! We actually purchased this as a coffee bar and for extra storage space in our kitchen since we don’t have a lot of cabinets. It did take several hours for my husband to put together, but it is overall, very durable and well built, (and heavy). Was impressed with the quality of it, except for the very top- which is not real wood- which we can always replace down the road. I'm almost done with assembly, but I received two of the same parts! What a bummer! I reached out to have the missing part sent to me. It's such a letdown to get nearly to the end and discover that we received a duplicate part while missing the other. What a disappointment!

I originally bought this to use in our dinning room, but my husband wanted to use it as a tv stand in our living room and it’s really worked well. I was able to put this together myself which was amazing. The barn door slide open and closed really smoothly. The price was very reasonable and it looks great. There is quite a bit of storage which we use mostly for our granddaughters toys. I am really pleased with this purchase and would buy again. The table arrived in 2 big boxes shipped on two separate days. I was overwhelmed by how huge and heavy the boxes were. But the table was packed very carefully not even with one scratch. I am a petite woman and have never built anything by myself that was as big before, but I actually did really well and that's' because the manual that came with the table was so easy to follow.
