The media could not be loaded. Detailed review! I can do my work at the best both at home and at office with this Oiiwak 16 inch monitor watching YouTube on one side and checking news on the other. It fits perfectly on to my HP Elitebook 850 G8 running Windows OS which has a 15.6 widescreen rectangular display. I also used it with MacBook and it works well with it too. The monitor is great for computer engineers, ecommerce sellers who sell from home, college students, business leaders, freelance workers, social media video makers or whoever spends their time in laptops for work or study. The main benefit I felt on using this is the ergonomic nature where my eyes and neck can be focused in one height and not having to switch between large displays. Since the monitors can be turned towards you, it becomes more comfortable to read at the edges. The display of the monitors is stunning with super clarity of details in HD given that I can control the brightness with a button or even turn off and use only one monitor if needed. I use USB-C port in my computer to both power the monitors as well as video output for screen extension. If you don't have enough USB-C ports in your laptop, don't worry, the package comes with adapters included for all types of situations. You can use USB-A combined with HDMI ports alternatively. As soon as you connect the cables, the monitors will power ON and extend the screens. You can also duplicate instead of extending by using the display settings of Windows and Macintosh OS. This Oiiwak monitor comes in two sizes 14 and 16 inch. Make sure to check the height and length in the product description specifications and measure the same with your laptop's dimensions before buying so that you get the correct one that fits your laptop. Do not go by the diagonal resolution of your laptop as the height and width vary for same resolution amongst laptop brands. You can also write to Oiiwak support before buying and ask them if your laptop model is compatible. They were really great in answering my questions super fast in a day. Since I had only two USB-C ports in my laptop, I could use only one because the other one is connected to power. So, I reached out to support at oiiwak dot com via email for help and they sent me a USB-C hub made by Oiiwak for free since they were running an offer at the time of my purchase it seems. With this hub, I can connect to the laptop using one usb-c port and the hub will split it for the two monitors with same cable powering the monitors as well as providing video output for screen extension. In terms of product upgrades, I would say they could definitely reduce the weight by adding hard but light weighted or carbon composite materials to the monitor shell instead of metal. Otherwise and overall, this is an excellent purchase that is going to keep my work environment more comfortable and lovable.

The screens are good. The resolution is as advertised and the screens are bright and easy to see. The real winner is the construction of the frame. Holding everything together and suspended in the air is no easy task and it has been working great. At the angle the screen is used, there is a support arm in the back which doesn't touch the desktop but it is there to catch it if it ever starts to sag backwards. And yes, I do have the arm lowered all the way but the screen is near vertical. The screen are folded in slightly and hold there position well. The computer is a Lenovo and the left screen is plugged to an HDMI and USB port, the right screen is plugged to a USB-C port. The settings were adjusted through the Windows Display Settings by right clicking on the desktop. The desktop is extended so the mouse goes smoothly from left to right through the screens. It is fairly straightforward to do the setup. This is great for traveling, the screens fold down and have a protective insert/cover. This fits in the computer bag and is the same size as the laptop but a little thicker. Previously, I was using a portable screen that sat beside the laptop and I was very happy with it. The screen sat on the desk and took up as much room as the laptop and the edge of the pad was usually a little under the laptop and tilted it a little. Having two screen floating in the air beside the laptop is so much better and the space around the laptop is available now. (writing pad on one side and mouse pad on the other). I'm very happy with the purchase and I feel that it improves productivity and the quality of the work environment.

Update - After going back and forth with their customer support i was eventually contacted by a Manager who explained to me that they may need to do a bit more training with their customer service representatives... I will say this was very refreshing seeing as i never thought this company would hold themselves accountable after my interaction with their support team. The manager took responsibility and is sending me a replacement for my screens. I purchased these screens a year ago and used them only twice. the first time i set them up just to see how they worked and then placed them back in the original box. i bought these screens so that i can work when i travel as i work remotely. fast forward to a year later, i had to travel to my family's house in GA and when i got there i set the screens up they worked fine for 2 days. the night of day 2 i turned them off went to bed and when i woke up the left screen no longer worked.... when i contacted OIIWAK for support they blamed me for the issue and then asked me to repurchase the screens. terrible company you can not report them to the BBB as they are from CHINA... BIG SCAM!!!!! HORRIBLE SUPPORT!!
