Updated: Good customer service. Used on a 1/4 acre lot, became flimsy, and the bolts kept working loose. Additionally, it kept plugging up and the plug remover doesn't help it just packed it in even more. I had to use a straight blade screwdriver to cut the dirt loose. Not going to lie, I read all of the reviews and was a little hesitant to purchase this but I’m glad I did. This little contraption is a cleaver idea and it works well. I do have a small backyard but this did the job and now my grass is growing.

Just received today. Went to the yard to try it out and one of the two holes continues to plug up? The one in the other side works fine? It is even vey hard to clean out the side that plugs up? Any ideas on what I should do?

The product is easy to assemble. During use, the nuts that hold it together start to loosen and need retightening. The aerator holes get clogged up and require frequent clearing with the included tool. The aerator broke at the base the second time I attempted to use it.
