I got these for my son. He goes out on ATVs with my grandson and I thought that these would be cool for them to add so that they can find each other and also look cool. They are well made and seem very durable. He said that they were easy to install and they are easy to use. He also said that they are very bright, I am so glad that I got these for them. It adds more fun to their rides and they have been asked where they got them. I like that they are not the actual whip lights, these are just light beams. These do not look as cool as the pictures make them out to look. Since they are not really lasers, they can't create those cool light beams without something in the air to bounce the light off of. The main complaint is that the colors are not more vivid in the air. I think the white LEDs are too strong or something. They talk about how you have to change the lens on other brands to get different color, and I feel like that would also work better on these. How often would someone want to change the color? I set a color and leave it. All that being said, the set comes with everything you need to install them and installation was very easy. I have installed tons of accessories on vehicles so for me it was easy. If you have issues, there are shops that will install them for you for a small (hopefully) fee. The build quality seems really nice as they feel nice and heavy duty. The remote control works well. I still recommend them even though I feel like they are a bit overpriced. ... show more

Let me preface this review with this statement; "I do not order items that I do not intende to use myself", that said: I was NOT at all sure what the hell I had ordered but they just looked to be COOL, and they ARE. HOWEVER, READ the ad VERY carefully and pay particular attention to the part that says: "they ONLY show up IF there is enough "STUFF" in the air for them to reflect off of". THIS IS EXACTLY CORRECT!!!!!! If it is a clear clean night you will NOT see a damn thing, period. BUT, if there is dust in the air or haze or whatever, these things will shout light beams to the heavens. Put them on my ATV and went to the desert on and evening ride with a breeze putting up some dust and there was zero mistaking where I was. AGAIN, they will work great under the RIGHT conditions ONLY. Let that statement guide you as they are a bit pricey for a conditional functioning "toy". ... show more

A great heavy duty product. Easy to install. It definitely displays high in the sky. The only issue I am having is that each color looks white in the sky. It’s supposed to change red, blue, green or white but it all looks white.
