I was very happy with the Ender 3D printer when it arrived. It was delivered swiftly, easy to assemble, and our first print was successful and smooth. I did watch several videos on YouTube to learn how to manually level the bed, and make sure I assembled everything correctly.     • Too much repair/tweaking required
This 3d printer is advertised as a great printer for beginners, and for a month or so, it was. Then components started malfunctioning and ultimately required so many changes/tweaks i was unable to continue to make it work. I am sure there is some user error involved, but the practice of not including instructions with any of the components exacerbate them. ... show more

Product had all of the upgrades I planned to add. Showed up almost fully assembled and worked right out of the box with very limited setup. Made the transition into the 3d printing world as easy as they could. Cannot rate high enough. If you're debating on buying, buy.

This is my 2nd 3d printer. The first worked and printed 3 items and stopped. This one is working great, assembly was easy and it arrived earlier than the posted date. I would recommend this printer and seller to all my friends and family

    • Good deal but have to keep fixing mine
A friend and I got this printer in March and we have been having more and more little problems contuoiusly. First the thermoresistor broke after 3 prints. Then the driver gear wore out on PLA.... not even anything fancy. Now the plate won't stay on. IDK if I just got the one bad one from the batch but I keep having to spend more money to fix these issues unfortunately. Hope your's works better then mine. ... show more

Very happy with this printer. It was easy to set up, and I was printing within an hour. I was originally going to get the base model Ender 3, but the V2 Neo had most of the upgrades that I would have installed already.
