Although the fabric looks like it could be cotton in the Amazon photos, it really is a polyester or something similar. But it is such a flattering dress it is still worth buying. I do wear a white half slip underneath because the fabric is thin. And it is very comfortable as well as pretty! This dress is not only flattering, but has pockets!!! It get really hot and humid outside of Austin, Tx and I like to be outside. This dress seems like a knit with a print. I’m 5’4” with some health issues, but I can slip the on, feel beautiful, and be comfortable. It is slightly stretchy, so I don’t worry about gaining weight, which can seriously be as much as 5 lbs in a day. The length is perfect and it is not see through, at all. It also is very easy to clean. The 1st day I wore it, I got a scratch on my chest and some blood droplets got on me. I didn’t notice until after they dried, but a little water and little rubbing and they were all gone! I’m seriously thinking of buying g it in every color and pattern they have! Wow!! The feeling when your mom bod finds clothing that checks off all the boxes!! I have a hard time finding flattering pieces bc I’m a little thicker in the middle. This dress is so flattering too to bottom: hides the pooch, sleeves are length enough to hide arm fat, the material is super soft and flows with movement, the print is high quality, the V is not too low to bare cleavage, nice and modest to wear to work or going out. You can’t beat the price! I will definitely buy more. Just received the dress the material and color are good, however the dress is made with a jersey fabric and jersey is not a flowy fabric, nevertheless is very forgiving for does days to stay home in a comfort dress and still be presentable. With a pair of light blue or denim wedges is perfect for a day in the park or stroll in the beach.
