This is not a top for anyone who has lumps and bulges. It's very clingy and shows every imperfection. The sleeves are impossibly long and it's going to be a tedious project to shorten them by hand. If you have a stick thin, athletic build and unusually long arms or are willing to spend some time shortening the sleeves it would probably be very flattering.
