I really liked this dress; I ordered one size up just in case. I'm glad I did! Obviously, it does not stretch so I suggest ordering one size up. Only bad thing for me, was it was also super long! I'm Short (5'2) so of course anything is long for me!

The dress looks exactly as it did in the photos, and the measurements were accurate! I'm decently small (Both hight and weight wise, although I'm not super skinny) and the size 6 fit me perfectly. I'm about 5'3 and a half, and the dress was a little long but not so much that I had to cut and hem the dress myself. With heels it was fine, although I did trip once or twice- but that isn't a problem with the dress itself, just info for anyone else thats on the shorter side :) The fabric isn't soft but it isn't itchy or anything and it didn't bother me at all. The lace up back definitely helps with the fit, so even if you get a size thats a little too big you can always tighten the back. Also, the lace up back is gorgeous! The slit isn't too high, I was able to cross my legs without showing too much to be comfortable. Love the sleeves, and the square neck is perfect! I imagine that if you are around 5'5-5'6 the length would be around perfect without heels, with heels maybe a tiny bit short (barely) and above that would probably need a longer dress, unless you're okay with it showing your feet.
