Our effective formula is streak free, leaves no residue, and has a refreshing and invigorating, yet light citrus scent. It can be used on a multitude of floors including sealed woods, laminates, tiles, asphalt tile, rubber, sealed concreate and more as well as other surfaces including toilets and sinks, glass, and even countertops. It is not recommended for unfinished wood or oiled wood. The neutral pH formula is harmless to finishes and does not leave a sticky residue behind. I enjoy using this product to clean my tile floor. I have a puppy who still isn't completely potty trained. This works well to clean up her messes and over power the urine/poop.

I love Odoban! My floors are painted with no sealant and the paint which is NOT floor paint is peeling from harsher chemicals especially in my dining room. I wanted a strong cleaner that was also more gentle on my old floors and would actually clean my high traffic areas. This is nice and a great value! It is a gentle yet thorough cleaner which can be used diluted or as is for super tough needs. The smell is fresh but not overpowering.
