We recently purchased the 24 x 12-inch headstone for our beloved fur baby, Molly, with the background removed from her photo and the added outdoor protective coating. Simply put—we absolutely love it. Tears were definitely shed when we received it. It was exactly what we had envisioned and more. We were honestly nervous at first because the picture quality we submitted wasn’t the best. The system even notified us about it, but I didn’t know how to improve the pixels—and that photo was the one. The picture of Molly that my heart was set on. Despite my worries, the result far exceeded my expectations. Everything—from the lettering, the design elements, the photo clarity, and the overall quality—was absolutely perfect. Customizing it was easy and straightforward, which helped during such an emotional time. I truly appreciated the font that was automatically selected because I’m often indecisive, and it turned out beautiful. There was enough space in the character limits for us to say what we wanted, though I wish I could have written pages to honor her memory. She meant the world to us, and we miss her so much. But this headstone is a beautiful tribute to her life and the joy she brought us. This headstone gave us a way to honor her and start healing. Shipping was also quicker than expected, which meant a lot. Thank you for creating something so special. Highly recommend to anyone memorializing a cherished pet.

Stone is actually very nice. The engraving was fine. I did like it and even ordered a second one. However it needs a bit of polishing. The engraved side looks a bit rough. I was thinking after the engraving process shouldn't it be wiped down to get a better finished look.
