Broke in half after only a couple uses. Odacite doesn’t stand by the quality of their products. Contacted Odacite they told me “ In the beauty industry when a brand is sold at multiple retailers it's considered wholesale. Any orders made through separate retailers are the retailers responsibility to enforce their own policies as the product was purchased through them and not the direct brand.” Reached out to the store I bought it from and never heard back. For a $45 face tool, it’d be nice for the manufacturer of the tool to stand behind it. Their excuse is “ Since you did not purchase from our website we have no record of the order in our system to be able to assist with a refund/exchange for you.” Even though I sent them my receipt that clearly shows I bought an item of theirs from a retailer they wholesale to. ... show more
