Comfortable at first, appear to be well-made. Great insole. Sadly, there is a thick seam on the “gusset” on both sides of the tongue that irritated the top of my foot.

I got mine from REI and I had to come onto Amazon to review them. I've been putting these things through the paces and they're so much better than the Salomon and Merrell's I'm used to. Maybe there's something guccier out there that blows them out of the water, maybe there were QC issues, but I don't have the same issues as the poor reviews. They're ultra light, comfortable, supportive, and durable. I take them overlanding, cross country through dense woodland treks frequently but am just as home with them on running through the streets of the city. They've truly become my "do it all" shoe.
