Meets the requirements of water sports in NJ. However, it could be a little stronger and would be nice if it came with some mounting hardware to mount it to some sort of surface on the boat rather than having to hold it constantly.

What is not to like? It breaks down into a compact package and it comes with a little draw string bag. The flag itself is nice and big and you can't miss it. The pole is sturdy, and with it being 3 sections, it means the person holding it doesn't have to hold their hand up in the air for it to be seen, and it has a nice, comfy grip. Also, it floats! Where I live, the flag doesn't stay mounted on the boat. We only raise it when there is a rider down in the water. So I can see this lasting for however long I'll need it for. We got this tubing flag because it was collapsible and came with a carrying/storage bag. The plastic pole and threaded inserts seem durable the three times we have used this flag so far.
