Appearance-wise lid is a translucent plastic and bin is an opaque red tone. Easy to assemble. Purchased for quick shipping. Value for the money was excellent. I would call this portable but lid may pop off a little easily. Not sure if I didn’t have it on well enough but for me portability was never a concern. It just has to make it to the fire station to get dropped off for disposal. And I think it’ll do nicely at that. ... show more
