The product itself is great. I ordered the Flight Deck Prizm Hi Pink for everyday uses since my aging eyes don't like dark lenses anymore. While this was listed for the Flight Deck L, the item that arrived was labeled as XL. It appears Oakley has modified the sizing names for the Flight Deck several times prior to 2024. The XL is in fact the same as the L in 2024. I ordered from Amazon Warehouse where it was labeled as Used Like New condition. It arrived in the original box which appeared slightly crushed. However the lenses had some significant scratches. It should have been a bit cheaper than what they had it listed for. YMMV. ... show more

Scratched the hell out of my first set of lenses after five years of backcountry, and it was time for a replacement. Snapped these suckers in the place and everybody is all of a sudden fawning over me. They must look good Light emittance is same as other rose bases

Oakley flight deck L is obv one of the best goggles on the market. You to gotta pinch at the nose and work the lens into the clips from there, but not a big deal. Obv IMO goggles are the most important part of the ski kit. Got a new hi pink for cloudy light days when the old one got scratched. 46% visible light transmission pink is my most used lens. Sapphire 13% for bright days, clear for night skiing, and black 5.5% for above tree line blindingly bright days. ... show more

I am very happy with the new prism Sapphire lens. I had some trouble confirming the right sizing to buy for my goggles, but I found a good video which showed the difference in the frame style for M vs L to ensure I had the right size. I would buy this again if I every go night skiing.

I broke mine and this one was the only one to arrive in time. I think my old one was green. When sun is bright, it is good, but not better than green. But when there is a shadow from a tree or a sudden cloud - you won't see anything in this one.

Recently picked up a Prizm Jade Iridium lens for my Fight Deck goggles. With hesitation, this is the best lens I have ever used. The morning was overcast and the lens was perfect. The afternoon was bright sun and, again, the lens was perfect. There is a bit of a learning curve in changing the lens. However, once you get over the intuitive reaction to fit the edge of the lens into the goggle and realize you need to fit just under the edge of the lens, the process is fairly easy.
