  • Great style + Prizm experience
Color: Matte Rootbeer/Prizm Tungsten Polarized Size: 58
Absolutely stylish and the lenses is an uplifting experience for sure.

  • Fit could be better. Not a fan of the the style. But the quality is great
Color: Matte Rootbeer/Prizm Tungsten Polarized Size: 58
The Oakley Unisex Terraforma Rectangular Sunglasses are a nice, well made pair of sunglasses. The quality is great, exactly what you'd expect from a brand such as Oakley. I've never owned a pair of Oakley sunglasses, so I wasn't real sure what to expect. Like I said, the quality of the sunglasses is very good. The polarization of the lenses is very nice, the clarity is phenomenal, no glare whatsoever. The arms are securely attached to the frames, no squeaking when unfolding. The lenses are securely in place. They shouldn't pop out easily. The material is a very solid, durable plastic. This pair of sunglasses will last for years if taken care of. The sunglasses look just like the photos. I chose the brown color and it is identical to what's pictured. My issue, and reason for only 4 stars, lies with the fit. I am a5'2",130lb female and these glasses were much too large for me. However, my husband is 6'2", about 250lbs and they, technically, fit him, but weren't at all flattering. The glasses are very skinny, top to bottom, and were too small for his face. I guess my stepdad is getting a really nice Father's Day gift this year. For the price, I would've expected the sizing to be more inclusive. I'm also not a fan of the style of these sunglasses. They're very small and sleek. They look like something out of a sci-fi movie. But that's just my own personal opinion and not indicative of the quality. To sum it up..The sunglasses are nice, made well, high quality sunglasses. But I firmly believe you're paying for the brand name only. I'm sure there are comparable sunglasses out there for a fraction of the price of these. I don't think this is a good value, because I don't think any sunglasses are worth $200. Because of that, I generally wouldn't recommend. However, in this instance, if you're someone that has your heart set on a pair of Oakleys, then yeah I would recommend these. ... show more

  • GREAT shape and fit - does take a bit of getting used to seeing above and below the frames.
Color: Titanium/Prizm Black Polarized Size: 58
I'm actually surprised at how much I enjoy these. I test A LOT of sunglasses as part of the Vine Voice program with pairs from manufacturers large and small in every price range. I can testify with confidence and certainty that you do get what you pay for with Oakley sunglasses and the Terraforma line is no exception. I opted for the Titanium frame and Prizm Black Polarized lenses in a lens width of 58mm. DO NOTE: the frame is not actual titanium - they are the "O-Matter" thermoplastic just with a "titanium" coloring and shine - which IS very nice to look at. What surprised me the most was how thin, top to bottom, these frames are and even though I can see both above and below them while wearing them, they somehow provide really solid eye protection. During my testing period, I spent an entire day in California's High Desert sunlight, sunburnt the bajeebers out of myself but my eyes never felt dry or tired. Unlike other Oakley frames I've tried, these offer a tremendous amount of breathability around the eyes (open top and bottom) and do not build up heat around the eyes. The frames are spectacular for folks with larger heads. These are one of the widest pairs I've ever worn, wider even that those large mirrored "cyclist" types, but they don't look like it because of their low-profile design. You certainly don't look like a time-traveling robot that will be back when wearing these (trademark infringement carefully avoided). These are styling, comfortable and effective. The lenses are crystal clear with ZERO distortion (I fail distorted glasses IMMEDIATELY as distortion is dangerous when driving) and the polarization is among, if not THE best I've ever tested. I tried putting myself into positions where glare would be an issue and couldn't find a single instance where I had to squint. And, yes, 11% transmission is DARK... the bright bands at the top and bottom of your vision (very short frame, remember) does take some getting used to, but once your eyes adjust, these are magnificently comfortable. As always, Oakley is a bit spartan on the accompanying materials - just a soft pouch, page of disclaimers, and a thin box. You WILL get one of the greatest pairs of sunglasses in production but you won't get a bunch of "bonus" materials. Are they worth the money, even without any "niceties"? Hands-down, yes. These are well-suited for most daily activities and comfortable enough for all-day wear. They are stylish enough to make people notice your shades but not to the point that you feel like they are screaming "LOOK AT ME!". These are a solid pair of everyday glasses, versatile in function and incredible in performance. FULL five stars and a full recommendation. ... show more

  • Not the Best Oakleys
Color: Matte Black/Prizm Grey Size: 58
These sunglasses are not what I am used to from Oakley. I am using these as a replacement for a pair I lost, but they are only good for everyday use, in my opinion. I could, but I have no desire to use these in sports, working, or at the gun range. Although the lenses don’t have polarization, the prism lenses seem to bring more clarity to your field of view. These are useful for driving and just walking around in bright sunlight. The “Prism” lettering on the lenses is a little distracting, but after a while, you do not even notice it. As always, Oakley supplies a drawstring bag for storage. These glasses do not feel that sturdy, but they are lightweight. The arms do not grip my head well at all. The arms also lack the usual rubber sleeves that help hold/grip sunglasses on my head when I am wet or sweating. Likewise, the nose pieces are just plastic with no rubber sleeves to help hold them in place. I put Croakies on them to hold them in place. I am mostly happy with the glasses now that they do not move around as much, but they still feel really loose. ... show more

  • Stylish and Lightweight Sunglasses
Color: Matte Grey Smoke/Prizm Sapphire Size: 58
These sunglasses are lightweight and fit comfortably on my face. I really like the blue-tinted lenses—they reduce the sun's glare without making everything look too dark. My vision stays clear, and they provide a good balance between brightness and sun protection. One thing I've noticed with Oakley sunglasses is that the ear stems are very straight and don't curve much around the ears. Because of that, I wonder if they might slip off during more intense activities or sports. For casual everyday wear, though, they feel comfortable and secure enough. Overall, these are stylish, trendy sunglasses with great clarity and a comfortable lightweight feel. ... show more

  • Good product from name brand
Color: Titanium/Prizm Black Polarized Size: 58
Light weight sunglasses with a polarized lens to reduce glare. These glasses are both functional and stylish with their light grey modern frames. The sides over your ears are straight, so they will fit anyone. Slightly snug on the head to prevent slipping when bending forward. A good product from a well known brand and a fair value. ... show more

  • Oakley Quality, But the Fit Isn’t for Everyone
Color: Matte Black/Prizm Grey Size: 58
These Oakley Terraforma sunglasses look sharp in the Matte Black with Prizm Grey lenses, and the overall build quality is exactly what you expect from Oakley — lightweight, sturdy, and clean lines. The Prizm lenses do a great job cutting glare and sharpening contrast in bright Florida sun. That said, the fit runs on the smaller side, especially at the temples. If you’ve got a wider head or prefer a more relaxed fit, these may feel a bit snug after wearing them for a while. The style is great, but the sizing limits who can actually enjoy them comfortably. Bottom line: Solid Oakley optics and design, but the fit is tighter than expected. Great if you have a narrower face — not ideal if you need a roomier frame. ... show more

  • Very nice pair of sunglasses Very nice pair of sunglasses
Color: Matte Black/Prizm Grey Size: 58
These Oakley Unisex Oo9530 Terraforma Rectangular Sunglasses are a good, quality pair of sunglasses that are a good fit for just about anyone. They are sharp looking and the lenses are tinted just right; you have no trouble seeing through the lenses but they do the job of keeping the sun out of your eyes. The frame is made of a thick plastic and has survived multiple drops in the short time they have been worn so far! The lenses are a little compact for my liking, but my stepchild enjoys these glasses immensely! They fit their head/face very nicely and do not irritate or pinch anywhere. The glasses come with a fabric carrying pouch; and though I wish they had come with something a little more solid, it is a nice pouch. At the time I ordered these, they were $150- I can see now that they are on sale for $120 and I suppose they’re worth the price tag. I’m honestly glad I was able to snag these from the Vine program; because I wouldn’t have been able to afford them any other way! ... show more
