These are my favorite boots over my past 18 years. This is my fourth pair, third in coyote. They are one of the lowest price boots of high quality that I have found. The siles do wear out fairly quick as they are light rubber and foam, and there is no shank so if you step on something sharp it is going through to your foot. The eyelets on the fore foot are just holes in the leather so if the leather dries out (Atropia) the laces can rip through. Bought these for my son in the military. They are considerably lighter than his issued boots. The person that recommended these to us said they were like moccasins, and the feedback I have received from my son is that they are extremely comfortable.
