The top drawers are a bit small in size so measure carefully what you want to put in there. The deep drawers can easily hold my Ryobi power tools and other wise body items. Best to measure your tools to make sure they will fit. Wheels are heavy duty and move smoothly. Bottom cabinet is good for holding spray cans, boxes and irregular shaped items that do t fit in the drawers. Well made given the low cost and thin metal, works as advertised, and perfect for my use at home. Might not be suitable for an industrial setting. The drawers and the cabinet are not very deep, meaning that some tools, especially power tools, might not fit in the cabinet. On the other hand, this makes the assembly easy to roll into a narrow storage location (again, perfect for my application). Arrived well packed and mostly undamaged. However the box, which is clearly labeled with a "this side up" arrow was just as clearly handled at some point(s) without regard to orientation. The thin metal on the bottom of the tool box, which is mounted inside the lower cabinet for shipping, was pulled out of shape at the screws and one of the hardened inserts was pulled loose. But with the thin metal construction, the dents could be largely straightened by hand. In the end, no defects were visible. This meets my needs perfectly, so the thin and light construction is ideal. Forget about locking this down, however, as the bottom cabinet has a removable panel on the side that renders the cabinet locking bar irrelevant and there is no way to secure the tool box to the cabinet. Arrived in great shape as it was very well packaged. Quality: seems to be well built. Good size for the money and lockability is great. You can carry the top tool box separately if needed and the best part is it comes with metal slide bars to keep the drawers from opening during transit. The color is a little lighter than the photo. More of a lavender or periwinkle color than purple. The hardest was the wheel installation as no tools were provided to tighten them. You will need an open ended box wrench or crescent wrench. The thinner the better so you can really get the wheels tightened. Over all a great tool box. ... show more

The "instructions" are just line drawings, know that the toolbox is held in place inside the cabinet with four screws (that become toolbox feet) from the underside. I found it easiest to remove the side panel and attach one toolbox handle to remove the box from the base cabinet. A nice full size felt pad is provided for the wood top of the main cabinet, as well as in all the drawers. Very nice feature... I chose to apply several full-length strips of double-sided carpet tape to the wood top to keep the felt pad in place. The chest size is great with the 13" deep drawers rather than the 'cheapie' ones with just 11". IMHO a great addition for all us DIY garage wrenchers to keep our tools in order. ... show more

Just the right size for my one person, diy home improvement tool assortment. After storing my tools in plastic drawers for years since it seemed the metal tool cabinets were all too big and high priced I am very glad that I found this one. No more searching for the right tool, everything is organized and accessible in smoothly gliding drawers. I put the chest on top so the large bottom compartment works great for my smaller power tools. All together solidly made, came extremely well packaged and the purple color looks great.
