Let me start by saying if you're considering the O2NAILS Printer, go for it! Just remember: be patient during the initial setup. It can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially figuring out the settings and syncing everything, but once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth sailing. I’m still practicing with some of the finer adjustments, but even with that, the results have been amazing. The first time a design printed perfectly on my nail, I was blown away, the colors were vibrant, the details were sharp, and it looked like something straight out of a professional salon. I’ve tried flowers, abstract designs, photos and they all came out beautiful.

Update, I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I returned the item in good condition because it didn’t work as described, but I only received half of my money back. This is unfair, and I don’t think it’s mentioned clearly in the return policy. The product had serious issues, and I later found reviews from others with the same problem. I strongly advise future buyers to be cautious when dealing with this seller. 1/ Hello, I used this machine and got it but I had to return it because of how bad it was, the nail designs were printed bad and sloppy and overall looked messed up. When I went to go check my refund status I only got back half of the money for the machine

The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed. I got a defective printer. It didn't stay on, so I returned it and they shorted me what I paid! I paid 544 with tax and shipping. I only got back 294.91. They look 250 from my refund for a restocking fee. No where did it say anywhere that there would be a restocking fee, let alone that much! If it did, i would have just asked for a replacement! And why are they restocking it when I told them it doesn't work!? Do not buy from this seller they clearly restock defective items and you might get this one that doesn't work and you'll be out 250 dollars too for something that was out of your control and clearly not your fault.

I was beyond excited to get this machine to print pictures on nails but I was very disappointed with this. There is a possible chance that your phone or device of choice can get a virus from using the application and the app requires you to turn on your location (creepy much). The application didn't come with anywhere near the amount of pictures/templates to choose from. There are only 9. And while their provided pictures come out clear, the photos from your phone looks so distorted and messy. They need to take the price from $600 to $50 without tax because this machine is definitely NOT WORTH $600+... Take this off the market asap!!!

So many designs to choose from and easy to use. One thing, in some of the videos it looks like you push your finger down and keep it down while printing, you actually push down when you put your finger in but then you should push so your finger goes up so the machine can print on your nail.

The quality of the printing was horrible, And the tech support guy was totally rude. Said it was going to cost me twenty percent for a restocking fee even though the machine was defective. Which was have been a $139.
