Best over the boot for shorter riders. 36” waist are about a 35” but have the elastic with Velcro on both sides for adjustment. Roughly a 30” inseam. Only downfall is they have a standard snap style button. They need the plastic ratchet style like the in the boots version.

These pants work well. Good protection for woods riding. The zip off lower legs are a incredible for those hot blooded people like myself. The button closure is strong. I like the side Velcro adjustments for fine tuning their fit.
