This started off great. The fluffy duster is great for on my desk and around tight nook and spaces. The problem I have is with the adjustable pole. It has a twist lock that doesn't work very well in any position. Fully shortened and twisted to lock and it would easily spin open. And just the reverse. Have the pole fully extended and the twist lock tightened and dusting a tall shelf or ceiling fan and it would unlock and the pole would drop and shorten. Rather annoying. However, the larger issue that arose, I dust once a week and after just a handful of times using this, the handle snapped off. The fluffy duster and microfiber duster work great. The pole on the other hand is a huge disappointment. ... show more

Complaint to company: I would give this 10 stars if the interchangeable hook fit both pieces. As you can see in pictures 1, 2 and 3 the fuzzy duster is not threaded properly thus the hook will not screw in properly. It wouldn’t be a big deal but the hook is necessary to hang in after rinsing it out. Picture 4 show that it fits the under couch slim duster. I don’t want to send it back because it’s such a pain. Review: This is a righteous duster! It doesn’t just fling dust around, it absorbs it. You can see all the dirt when you rinse it out. The flexible head will curve any way you want, even a U shape for ceiling fans. With the extending pole I can reach every corner of my house. Bye Bye spider webs. I live in the country in West Texas so dust is an everyday thing around here. I need to be able to do a quick dust without moving knickknacks. The under couch attachment is great for my couch and beds. Doesn’t quite fit under my appliances though. But I didn’t buy it for that purpose. ... show more

The concept is good but the quality is very poor. After 2 weeks, one handle broke... Moreover, the telescopic handle doesn't stay firmly in place making it quite difficult to use

    • Great tools didn't know i missed so much high dust
I love this whole dusting set. Opened the box and started dusting ceilings fans, knew they needed dusting couldn't believe what came off them I had been using the light weight fluffy disposal one had no idea how much they left . I have very high ceiling went to kitchen do do off white to the ceiling cabinets and was blown away with the dust that came off I had not noticed. Next bent the micro fiber duster to a L and went down the stairs where the kitties had left their hair fluffs on the hard wood stairs. Picked it right up.Tomorrow I'll search the high spots that I've missed in the up stairs. Great buy wish there were few instructions telling what can be washed. After an appointment with an allergy specialist, I learned my worst allergy is dust mites and the worst thing to do was to dust with a DRY CLOTH - even with my trusty microfiber cloth! So what did he suggest? Dr. M. stressed using a damp cloth to contain those pesky dust mites. Now that’s rather easy for tabletops but for baseboards and ceiling fans and moldings; that’s another story! I tried putting a damp clean sock over my disposal duster but it kept moving around and really didn’t capture much dust. So I started looking and reading reviews. I really like this because I can lightly wet it ( even just lightly spray it with water) the clean baseboards, etc. It’s shocking how much debris this will pick up off a surface that you think looks clean!     • Loved It At First, Now A Piece of Junk
At first I was very satisfied with this, it worked well and the long dark blue one made dusting our ceiling fans and mini splits so much easier. Now I'm calling it what it is...a piece of junk. I've used this less than a dozen times and the head broke off this morning. The metal just snapped from bending it too much I guess....but isn't that what you're supposed to be able to do with it?     • For what it’s for, these dusters are great.
I was reading up on cleaning these today after using them for a long time. The one on the stick grabs dust really well and continues to work even when it seems filthy. I don’t think it was meant to be cleaned, nor is it meant to be used forever. I think it would be better if the company offered a solitary duster attachment replacement rather than the only available option here, which is to buy the whole kit again, but I will buy the kit again it because the product does an excellent job. ... show more

Make Note! This is NOT a microfiber duster!! The Webster definition of microfiber is as follows: "a very fine polyester fiber, weighing less than one denier per filament" and this thing is most definitely not that! Apparently anybody can use the term for anything that's "fuzzy" which is what this duster amounts to; a bunch of thin yarn on a stick - a stick, by the way, that started to crack at the junction of where fuzzy head meets the top of the handle, after about four uses. I haven't even used the chenille thingy yet because honestly, I don't see much utility. I purchased the pair solely for the (fake) microfiber duster. ... show more
