My wife and I made the hard decision (almost $500.00) to purchase 3 of the Screamer tubes. Our thinking was that we wanted the very best and did not want any troubles. The first time in the water one of the tubes began to deflate. Needless to say, we expect much better when going with the best name and (we thought) the best product. Our efforts to contact the company were frustrating to say the least, with never finding a way to reach them. However, the Amazon service team stepped up, met and exceeded our expectations by giving us a credit once they received the DEFECTIVE product back. AMAZON customer service is always AMAZING.     • Hit and miss on holding air properly
I’ve bought 10 of these the past 2 years. They’re great when they hold air properly. About half of them either lose air slowly which means you have to constantly stop to air it up or they deform. Be sure you don’t leave it out in the sun.
