Although it works, it should only be used on matte lipstick. Doesn't work well on or with things like chapstick, Vaseline, lipgloss, or really any type of moisture. So just matte lipstick only. Works well though.

This color (global citizen) is my newest holy grail lip liner! Formula is phenoxyethanol free which is so hard to find. I have fair cool leaning but neutral olive skin for reference. Total baller is also fantastic on my skin tone and is the perfect shade for a darker tone to global citizen
