This palette leans towards the chalky , powdery side instead of the buttery side... but don't let that deter you from trying this palette. It is great for everyday wear. I love the purple shade especially , and have received many compliments on this shadow when I wear it to work. The pigmentation is not overwhelming and at the end of the day the look stayed fresh. It looks MUCH better with the NYX White Cream Eyeshadow Base . this palette is good for light every day, wearable applications. Love this shadow! Hardly any flaking when you apply it. All of the colors go together so well and you can mix and match all of them. Stay on fairly long and even does well in Arizona heat :) Thanks for a great product!

The upper right square is much darker in person (not some ecru color but a nude skin color). The rest of the color squares are pretty close to the stock photos. I like the matte finish for work and day time. The colors are good for smoky eye and for subtlety, too. The size is great for the price.

I got this a while back because it was on sale. I didn't know if i would like it and planned to gift it too a friends daughter if it was not what i was looking for.. But i loved it. I reach for this pallet for everyday looks more than any of my others. Blends well. stays put decent without primer. all the colors work well and are very matte. ... show more

I was sooo excited to get this set and I am NOT disappointed. They are all beautiful colors, just got back from a vacay and got compliments on my eyes. Not too bad for a 68 year old grandma. I felt very good about my look. Thank you for making an affordable eye kit with GREAT colors to use

Very pretty, neutral colors and I appreciate the combination of warm and cool tones. The colors blend nicely, however I wish they were more pigmented. They really have to be built up to create my desired eye looks; I’ve actually gotten into the habit of applying them wet to create a bolder color. If you’re someone who prefers subtle color on your eyes I think you’ll enjoy this palette, otherwise I would recommend this palette to anyone (because the colors truly are beautiful) just as long as they don’t mind spending a little extra time on their application. ... show more

    • Goes on smooth doesn’t dry out or cake!!
This is my favorite bc it works and stays on 8-10 hrs looking fresh. I use for my eyebrows too stays great lasting all day, smudge- proof but not water proof, I remove with Neutrogena Makeup Remover Wipe. Great price too!
